If you are interested in carrying out your Social Service in some of the projects of the Informatics research group at Department of Informatics of the UJEP, the following is important: | |

Responsabilities and fulfillment: | |
a.
The social service student must attend on time and according
to the previously established schedule, if not, the student
will be discharged from the social service immediately. b. The social service student must show respect with other colleagues in the department or area, as well as responsibility towards their work, if not, the student will be discharged from the social service immediately. c. The social service student must show willingness to the service and to his/her assigned activities. d. The social service student should offer support and advice if necessary. e. The social service student should focus his efforts on achieving the objectives of the social service project to which he/she was assigned. |

Proficiency: | |
f.
The social service student must show creativity to solve
everyday or circumstantial problems. g. The social service student should promote research in problem solving. h. The student must show management skills and use of instruments to perform the service. |

Attendance: | |
i.
The social service student must register his/her attendance
on the official social service student lists. j. In case of not being able to attend one day, the social service student must notify the corresponded researcher in advance. k. The social service student accepts that only the assistance registered in the official social service student registry will be considered. |

l. The social service student agrees that if he/she has 3 unexcused absences of scheduled assistance, he/she will be discharged immediately from the social service, as well as not complying with the requirements of responsibilities and compliance, proficiency, and attendance. | |
